PERKINS

Zach Perkins grew up in the Houston area on the North side and has been working in real estate for 20 years throughout all areas of Houston. However, his favorite parts of the city are Sienna Plantation, Riverstone and Sugarland because of the vast diversity of homes and families. 

 

To be a successful real estate agent, Zach focuses on the community and becoming a community leader. Service to the community is paramount. As a member of the Graduate Realtor Institute, Zach enjoys spending his time meeting and learning more about people and enjoys the opportunity that networking gives him to meet others in the area, stay up-to-date on local activities and understand the unique differences each neighborhood offers. He believes it is important to approach every transaction with a collaborative mindset so a win-win will always be achieved. That’s why he works very diligently to communicate with all parties involved in the transaction.

 

In his spare time, Zach enjoys hanging out with his family and enjoying life! He is a part of the American Kidney Foundation and supports many of their fundraising efforts, as he is also a kidney patient
