Patrick Schott has over 14 years of professional real estate experience in the Greater Houston area where he leverages his knowledge and expertise to the benefit of his clients. He is currently responsible for generating new commercial opportunities representing businesses, investors and individuals looking to buy, sell or lease. With an acute ability to listen to his client’s needs, he consistently delivers services that exceed his client’s expectations.

His journey into the real estate field started long ago. Born the son of a commercial builder, Patrick likes to say real estate is in his blood. From growing up in that environment to working in construction while earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Art from Georgian Court University, his experiences have provided him with practical, hands on knowledge that he shares with his clients today.

Prior to real estate, Patrick worked in the advertising industry for over 15 years. His past employers included Oshman’s, American General Life, ADVO, Inc. and Garden Ridge. He is a member of HAR, TAR and NAR. He has earned GRI and TAHS designations and has served on the Montgomery County PAAL committee.
